Another airline option for those living near Vancouver Canada is Oasis
Air. They offer cheap ONEWAY flights to and from HongKong. Then you
can fly to Manila using Cebu Pacific etc. Might be advisable to buy rt
fare for the Manila part but airline agents in HongKong don't seem to
pester much about ongoing flights, unless this has changed...
