I have started the process of getting a 13a visa while still in the
USA. My wife lives in Cebu City. I hope to arrive in the Philippines
around the middle of April 2008. I have a few questions based on an
assumption that I cannot get processed and issued an ACR Card in Cebu
City.
1. Should I plan on flying to Manila to get processed for an ACR Card
and then proceed to Cebu City?
2. How long should I plan on being in Manila to get processed for an
ACR Card?
3. Will I receive the ACR Card while I am still in Manila?
I also plan on staying in the Philippines for 3 months and then
returning to the USA for 3 or 4 months before returning to the
Philippines again. I assume as long as I have a 13a single entry visa
issued by the Philippine Consulate in New York then there is no on-
going ticket requireemnt.
