[LinP3] Advice

Hello.

My English friend wants to buy my house in Pangasinan, but he wants to take out a loan here in the Philippines to buy it, obviously his wife will have to be on the title, so is it possible that his wife is allowed to apply for the loan, she is in nursing in the UK so she has an income, but how do they go about it. And any idea which banks are the best to approach.

Thank you

Graham

Re: [LinP3] Re: Bargain airfare USA to Philippines

Gailen,

Are you looking for business or first class? Even from the airline sites
themselves, you should find $800 more or less for tourist seats in the low
seasons. Go to a travel agent that will deal with you over consolidator
seats, they should find seats in that range almost any time of the year. Be
certain that you get the full price when you are looking including taxes and
fuel surcharges.
