The best pan cakes I have found here in Philippines, are not from any
restaurant, but, cook at home, I buy "Hungry Jack" pancake mix just
add water and away you go, makes he best pancakes I have ever tasted,
just bought another box today at market. If the supply in the store
is going down I buy 2 or 3 since it takes them a little while to re-

[LinP3] INTERNATIONAL DRIVER'S LICENSE - NOT! Was: Keeping your driver's license

Save your money. If you're tempted by anyone claiming that you can use an
international driver's license (IDL) or an international driving permit
(IDP) in place of a state-issued driver's license, it's a dead end. Although
an IDP (sometimes incorrectly called an international driving license) is a
real document when issued by the proper authorities, it is not a legal
alternative to a state or country issued license. You can't use an IDL or an
IDP as proof of your identity and authorization to drive. An IDP is nothing
more than your license translated into nine or ten languages and is useful
when driving in non-English speaking countries, but even then must be
accompanied by your validly issued and current driver's license.
