I have sent jewelry to the Philippines, specifically Bulacan. I have
only done it once, but didn't have any problem with delivery using
FedEx. It is very pricey though, but the time from the US to delivery
in the Philippines is only three days. I later learned that UPS might
be a less expensive route to take.
