Mike,

My son, who lives in Bacolod, would certainly disagree with you
on the cleanliness, he says it is the dirtiest city he has ever been
to outside of Manila. He says the air pollution is so bad that if
you get caught in the rain without a head covering you can smell and
feel the diesel in your hair. But other then that he enjoys it.
