It has worked fine for us, instantaneous transfer and works at almost all ATMs. Initial delivery of the card to your recipient is by Fedex and is fast.

Sometimes if you call for customer service it's hard to get through unless you press the button for "send money by phone", lol.

Conversion rates from $ to Php are at market rate, no skimming by ikobo.
