Hi bill
you have to be married ,show a marriage cert.,divorce papers,she has
to write a letter requesting change from balakbayan,her birth cert,you
have to fill out the general application,put 2x2 photos on it,your
legal capacity cert,joint aff.of legal capacity of marrige and
financial capacity plus bank statements and aSSETS ,get them together
from notory for 400pesos, medical certand 2x2 photos[gillimacs if you
are in Cebu or other medical center,NOW here comes the rub you will
spend a whole day at NbI getting a cert which I am about to do 7.30 am
start and make sure they have all the forms .It doesnt cost alot
