Last time in Cebu I was at a checkout in Robinson's grocery store and
there was an old chubby white guy who maybe thought he was Johnny
Cash or something with the big dark glasses and a bit long dark
(probably dyed) hair. He was in all black and wearing more gold than
Mr. T. He also made a point of pulling out a huge wad at the
checkout and pompously talking rather loud. The consummate ugly
American. I hope he's not actually an American but even if not, I'm
sure everyone who sees him must think he is and judges us all by him.

I guess if you have enough money to do all that then you don't care
if you get ripped off on occasion?
