Hi everyone, I got to admit that is a brilliant group. With so much
information on it.
I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about the Filipino's birth
certificate. I have found a potential wife, who lives in Cagayan De
Oro.
The problem is, she says that the civil registration have made a
mistake on her birth certificate. So she is registered as a male. So
she told me that she has to change it to a female, using a lawyer. I
believed she is female, if this is true, would anyone know roughly how
much this would likely to cost.
I do have a copy of the birth certificate, but I can't seem to upload a
photo.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks Andy
