For me the process at the Main office of the Davao LTO was:
- The copies were certified and my originals returned.
- My picture was taken.
- I paid PHP 302.63.
- I was given a Philippine permanent laminated drivers license and a
receipt. No B'rngy "clearance" or police report was requested.
I was told the process can take one to eight hours or so maybe and
get there early and be sure to wear long pants (trousers). I saw LTO
medicals advertised for PHP 50.00 to PHP 100.00 and LTO drug tests
for PHP 130.00 to PHP 250.00.
My personal experience was:
3 hours total (includuing getting the medical and drug test next
door).
552.63 pesos (drug test 150, medical 100, LTO fee 302.63)
no written or road test.
