Driving in the Philippines is special and not for the faint of
heart. I have a Filipino drivers license but don't drive here nor do
I plan to.
However, the license is fairly easy to get (doesn't seem to have
much to do with knowing how to drive) and is a pretty useful ID
(Banks and things).
