[LinP3] Visa requirements

Me and my wife are moving to the Philippines. My wife is
Philipino. I am a natural born United States citizen and my wife is a
naturalized United States citizen now. We plan on living there
permanently but visiting the United States occasionaly. We are having
our house built there now. What would be the best route for us to take
as far as visas, or 13a's, or permanent resident status, etc. for the
Philippines is concerned? Also when, and where can that best route be
done.
