[LinP3] Re: Text Messages

I have the 1000 minute Alltel Family plan, sounds like what you're
describing. I was NOT able to text message TO the Philippines until
I contacted Alltel. This is from their current website : "There's
no monthly signup fee and no activation charge. Simply call 1-866-
alltel7 to activate the International Dialing feature on your Alltel
phone. " I had to do just that, about 8 months ago, with my Razr,
before I was able to text to the Philippines.
