Hi Rudy,
I faced the same problem sometimes when I texted my GF from Sweden.
And even worse, many times I got charged for phone calls that were
not connected. My GF uses SMART network so I emailed their customer
support to ask what's the problem. As an example, I gave them exact
time for one call. They replied very friendly and said they had
forwarded the problem to their technical support.
After a week, and after I asked again, they told me they couldn'n
find any technical problem in their network (was I surprised? :P)
It's very frustrating when you don't know if the text has been
received or not. If I send important information, I ask her to reply
and confirm as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, it seems like we have to accept the lack of reliable
connections and adjust to the situation.
