Am thinking of buying T-Mobile (Nokia)prepaid cell phone, and the
cost to send international text messages from the U.S. is $0.15 per
txt.
I know it's free to send message via Chikka.
Are there any prepaid cell phone which charges less than $0.15 per
txt.
