I don't think it's worth it. Just mix your own from a recipe in an
old fashioned cookbook, like Joy of Cooking or Better Homes and
Garden. Pancake batter is just flour, baking powder, oil and egg.
Better fresh.
It's better to bring a stack of cookbooks that are from scratch, that
you will need if you insist on American style (or French, German,
whatever). I personally love filipino food, but do get cravings when
I am there for stupid stuff like a real burger. With the cookbooks,
you can teach your maid how to re create what you crave.
