I think Bisquick is available in most stores, especially in Manila. You can also buy Pillsbury and other brand pancake mix which is quite good. However, you might want to bring some Bisquick or pancake mix if you'll be in a rural area where it won't be available.
It is readily available in Manila supermarkets along with a few varieties of cake mixes.

I know this sounds trivial, but my filipina wife and I are
moving to the philippines in a few and months and we are making a
list for the things we would like to take with us and one of them is
"Bisquick" for making pancakes. Does anyone know if you can buy
Bisquick in any of the grocery stores?
