I have been using vegetable in the UK for the past 2 years, just mix a
little white spirit with it. The car runs smoother but now the costs of
veg oil has almost a £ a litre and diesel £1.10 the price for vegoil
almost doubled over night, veg oil is fine but some vehicles find it
difficult in the winter obviously the cold makes it thicker, so I used
to do a 25% diesel mix with it. The diesel engine was originally
designed back in the late 1800 to run on vegetable oil by a doctor
diesel, who died in mysterious circumstances around 1912, google DR
