Cebu Pacific is no different than any other Philippine business I have dealt with. Customer service to "American" standard is not something I have come to expect in the Philippines. I wonder what kind of customer service US based Air lines would provide if tickets were only $30 to $60 each and only a small percentage of the population could afford to fly.
As they say your not in Kansas anymore.
