[LinP3] Re: Keeping your driver's license

I'm not sure what the situation is in other cities, but here in Davao,
it took me less than two days to get a local license and I took no
tests. I did pay someone to take care of the process for me and the
only time I had to show up at LTO was for 5 minutes to get my picture
taken. I followed the same process last year when I renewed the
license. It was painless and fast.
