Same problem with my fiancee's BC. Started the process in March 2007.
Still don't have the corrected one yet. Small municipality, the
judge retired, just got a new one assigned, now only have to wait for
the judge to go through all of the criminal cases that are backlogged
before such trivial matters as BC changes can be addressed. Wedding
is scheduled for May 2008. If I were a betting man........
Cost $300 USD, so far.
