I have to agree with the medical certification proving her biological
sex. I haven't heard a birth certificate error in the country that has
something to do with the gender of the person. It has been about the
names etc. Or if there if was truly an error, I'm sure it could have
easily been fixed and retracted from the moment the parents found out
about it.

Not only a trusted friend or PI, but you will be needing a medical
doctor who will certified that she is a female and a lawyer to
process the BC in court for correction.
Meet her yet, right? I suggest meet her in person, don't rely in
the cybercam, she might not be the one she is claiming...its your
money but you got to be careful, you might not get what you are
expecting for. May you find what you are really looking for.

Subject: [LinP3] Re: Help With Filipino Birth Certificate.
Thank you to everyone who has replied.
I did not know that this is a problem in the Philippines. As it is
very unlikely to happen in the UK.
At least I now know what I have to do.
I was wondering if it would be worth me going through a private
investigator, to make sure she is who she is before I start spending
my money.
Could anyone recommend anyone in Cagayan De Oro City obviously I
need
someone I can trust.
Thank you very much for your help,
Andy
