I heard that Cebu Pacific does not accept U.S. credit cards online. Has
that changed? Also I'm wondering if they accept Philippine based debit
cards online? I don't want to book a ticket yet on their site if they
don't accept Philippine bancnet (plus) debit card. Salamat!
