[LinP3] Jury Duty in the States

When I move to the Phil's I plan on still having a rental here in the states.
Will I still be a US citizen for owning land here and in the Phil's?

I just don't want to come back every so often for jury duty. Is there a way

around this?

What about the cost of medicine is it about the same or less than in the States? I have no insurance.

Anyone know about this?

Thanks Greg
