Where will you be staying while you're in Manila? It's a pretty big place and there are many tennis courts and clubs around.
What level do you currently play now (NTRP or other)? It's always better to find someone around your skill level to play with.
I play tennis regularly myself, depending on your answers above maybe I can of some help to you.
