Belgium, no drivers licence before 1955, drive like driving a tractor
ie straight down the middle of the road, wrong way round
roundabouts.

Just a different way of ignoring common road sense in Philippines
Didn't feel particularly safe in the multicab, poor brakes, poor
performance, poor handling...no help in getting out of trouble caused
by others....
Doubt I'll drive in less than perfect weather tho'
